I think that the nutritionist can’t ignore student’s favorite foods. So the nutritionist also decide menus to consider student’s taste. It is usally fried food or meat. The nutritionist consider for student’s health. But I think that fried food or meat are high calories and they are not good for health.

Stedent’s parents pay for lunch in Korea.There is also government’s funding for low income family.

In general, are the school lunches healthy in Korea?  In the US, for the most part, they are not (partly because of financial reasons.)  Who pays for lunch in a Korean school?  The student or the school (government)?
